What we collect
When you use a form on this site — the contact form, the Build My Digital System questionnaire, or the Digital Score tool — we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), business details, and the website URL you submit for analysis. We don't collect payment information anywhere on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or follow up about a project. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party processors
Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, so that messages reach us by email. Booking a call uses Cal.com, which handles scheduling data directly.
Digital Score results
The free Digital Score tool analyses the website URL you provide to generate a sample performance overview. We don't store submitted URLs beyond what's needed to show you the result in your browser session.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@justyourdesign.co.za.
